HEALTHYBY TOYA

Privacy Notice

HEALTHY by Toya · Effective November 3, 2026

This notice explains how information is handled when you visit HealthyByToya.com, contact HEALTHY by Toya, request issue notifications, or inquire about advertising. The magazine is published by Toya Smith. Contact healthybytoya@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Information you choose to share

When you email us, we receive your email address, any name your email account supplies, your message, and attachments you send. Subscription requests include your request to receive issue notifications and the consent wording in your email. Advertising correspondence can include business contact details, artwork, payment references, terms acceptance, and proof approval. Please do not email payment-card details, passwords, or personal medical information.

How issue-notification requests work

The website currently uses an email-request signup. The signup button opens a prepared message in your own email app; you must send it. This website does not submit a subscription to a newsletter database or send an automatic confirmation. Checking the box or opening the draft does not, by itself, subscribe you. Toya processes requests received at healthybytoya@gmail.com and manages the notification list by email.

We use the sending email address to provide the new-issue notifications you request, approximately once per monthly issue, and essential subscription messages. We do not automatically subscribe readers, advertisers, or people who send general inquiries. Issue-notification consent does not authorize unrelated EAU or other promotional campaigns. You may read and download the magazine without subscribing.

Unsubscribe or change your details

To stop issue emails, reply “Unsubscribe” to a notification, use the unsubscribe-request link on our signup section, or email healthybytoya@gmail.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Send from the subscribed address where possible, or identify the address to remove. No fee or account login is required. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. You may also ask us to correct your contact details or delete information we no longer need, subject to legal or recordkeeping obligations.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your messages, administer subscriptions, arrange approved advertising, verify artwork and proof approvals, handle payment questions or disputes, operate the website, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell the subscriber list or share it with advertisers for their marketing.

Service providers and external sites

Email requests and replies are handled through our Gmail account and the email providers used by readers. Website hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the site, and may use necessary security cookies. The magazine page does not currently include a third-party advertising pixel or an installed audience-analytics script.

Advertising payments take place on Square’s website through EAU LLC’s account. Square handles payment-card information and checkout details under its own privacy practices; we receive transaction and customer information needed to administer the ad. We do not receive full payment-card numbers through this website. Links to Square, EAU, ToyaSmith.com, and other external websites lead to sites governed by their own notices. Your browser or email app may also apply its own privacy settings.

Retention and security

We keep subscription contact information while notifications are requested and may retain a minimal opt-out record to avoid adding you again. Correspondence and advertising records may be retained as reasonably needed for support, proof of approval, accounting, disputes, and applicable legal requirements. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information for these purposes. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Minors and legal capacity

This publication is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. Requests for issue notifications and advertising purchases are intended for people who have reached the legal age of majority and have legal capacity under the laws that apply to them. If you have not reached legal adulthood or cannot enter a binding agreement, do not submit personal information, subscribe, or purchase advertising yourself. A parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized adult must contact us and act in their own name where permitted by law.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from minors. If we learn that personal information has been provided by a minor without any consent required by applicable law, we will stop using it and take reasonable steps to delete it, subject to lawful retention requirements. A parent or legal guardian may contact healthybytoya@gmail.com to request review or deletion. We may request reasonable information to verify the requester's authority. This policy does not waive or replace any obligations under applicable children's privacy laws.

Changes and contact

We will update this notice if our practices change, including if we add a mailing service, new forms, or analytics. The effective date appears above. Contact healthybytoya@gmail.com about privacy, subscriptions, or deletion requests.
